Step-By-Step Process:
Began with a rough sketch
Added line art on a separate layer.
Hid the sketch layer laeving the line art.
Added the flat background and foreground colors on two new layers.
Added some shadows on another layer.
More shadows.
Shadows and highlights.
Added haze to sky, more highlights to the bears and mid tone values to the ice. Completed work.
