“It Began to Dawn”
“In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.” - Matthew 28:1 (KJV).
Process:
I started with some grass patterns - I used one of Kyle T. Webster's brushes!
On a separate layer, I used the watercolor brush to lay down the background colors.
I changed the blend mode of the grass layer to Overlay.
I added another layer with textures and colors and changed the blend mode to Overlay
I added another layer for clouds and another one for the Starburst effect of the sun coming up over the hill.
