I used Adobe Draw for this project on an iPad Pro. Here's the close-up detail
Process:
I started with the outline sketch.
On another layer, I added the line art
Hid the outline layer andadded a background layer with a medium gray. I added a separate layer for the body color.
Added flat color to the face and hands.On a new layer, I started some detail and shadow.
More detail and shadow to the face and a medium value to the robe.
Added more detail and shadows. I split the background into a dark and light value to give it more depth.
Another layer of detail and shadows.
Added line detail for texture.
Completed detail work and highlights. Added light saber glow. - Final
