Process:
I began using the pencil brush for the line art sketch.
I Added some dark values with a watercolor brush.
Added more dark values in the background.
Added some mid tone values and highlights.
Added some hair detail to another layer.
Filled in background with dark value.
Added flag to the background finished details and added name placard.
