Passover Lamb
I was very excited when I was asked by Spokane Arts to make something with a Spring theme for Spokane’s “Get Lit” fair. I had been wanting to do something with Spring in mind and this was perfect! Just in time for Easter/Passover!
Happy Resurrection Sunday!
Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats. – Exodus 12:5

Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed.

Process:
Started with a rough sketch with a black background.
Used the eraser tool to make strokes on the black layer.
Hid the sketch layer and continued to erase from the black layer
Added color to a separate layer.
Added green layer to the background.
Added shadow layers
Added more shadows and highlights, Completed.
