Reading the Word

I painted this portrait of my father-in-law, Chano De la Rosa (May he Rest In Peace) a few month ago, but I wanted to mention him this Father’s Day as a great example of a father, father-in-law, grandfather and a true man of God. It was a common sight to see him reading the Word of God. I know he is rejoicing now with our Heavenly Father! “Like a father feels compassion for his children— that’s how the LORD feels compassion for those who honor him.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭103:13‬
